We are five engineering and social work students from the University of Texas at Austin.

 

The Xuchil team from Oaxaca, Mexico, produces and sells mesquite flour products in their community of Santiago Suchilquitongo.

Together, we will spend this year designing and implementing improvements to Xuchil's mesquite flour process!
